It would look like this:

 with one editor:

     AuthorLastName, FirstName. "Chapter Title." Book Title. Ed.
            EditorFirstName LastName. City: Publisher, Year.  Page numbers.

  with two editors:

     AuthorLastName, FirstName. "Chapter Title." Book Title. Ed.
            EditorFirstName LastName and EditorFirstName LastName.  City: 
            Publisher, Year. Page numbers.  
Examples:
     Sandford, James. "Breath of Life." Tantric Buddhism in East Asia.
            Ed. Richard Payne. Boston: Wisdom Publications, 2006. 161-190.
