Meet the Class of 2015

An exceptionally large freshman class — 2,090 students, to be exact — recently moved into campus. And as usual, they are a talented bunch. Here's a look at the statistics behind the Class of 2015:

43 valedictorians and 11 salutorians

27 average ACT score

625 students with an ACT (or SAT equivalent) of 29 or greater

1210 average SAT score

57 international students (the farthest were twin sisters who traveled more than 9,200 miles from Singapore)

47 states and territories

841 different high schools

425 legacy students who are carrying on a Marquette family tradition

387 are the first in their family to attend college

Hopefully they will help MU rise a bit in the U.S. News college rankings!

I supposed Indonesia is the farthest as compare to Singapore . .
