Getting Help

Help is available through a variety of venues. For basic assistance in gaining access and using MUGrid systems, contact the ITS Help Desk and include MUGrid in the subject of the help desk request.

Community help is also available by mailing the MUGrid users mailing list.

Faculty members needing help with research projects can contact Craig Struble, chair of the Research Computing Task Force, for guidance on how MUGrid resources might be used in their project.

Campus Grids

Campus grids link together computing resources at an institution to support research and collaboration. A goal of campus grids is to provide a seamless workflow from data collection to analysis and dissemination of results. The campus grid is an essential component of discovery in the 21st Century.
