Available Positions

Financial Vice President

In accordance with the position description in the MUSG Constitution, the Financial Vice President serves as the chief financial and accounting officer of MUSG and upholds the Financial Policies. The FVP coordinates all aspects of the budgeting and expenditure and serves as chair of the Budget Committee. This position also reports to the MUSG President and to the Executive Board. The FVP is responsible for preparing the annual budget and must fulfills summer obligations including bill payment, deposits, year-end financial statements, and departmental projects. Financial Office Assistant

Financial Office Assistants are responsible for preparing financial paperwork, including employee payroll, processing check requests, and data entry. Assistants are also responsible for helping with the student activity fee allocation process to student organizations and other office projects as assigned. A minimum of ten office hours per week is expected. Financial Office Assistants report to the MUSG Financial Vice President. This is a paid position. Senior Week Co-Commissioner

Want to help make the class of 2010’s last week on campus memorable? Join MUSG’s Program Board as a Senior Week Co-Commissioner. Work with your commission to help plan and host a week of senior fun. Students Needed for University Committees

Student Advocate Elizabeth Lynch is looking for undergraduate students to serve on all university committees. Currently we are looking for members for the Tobacco Coalition, the University Core Curriculum Review Committee and a freshman student for the Student Health Advisory Board.
