"Nada es imposible!" Hello (from the other SIDE ... Adele)! I am Abraham, but most people call me Abe ... my parents usually call me Gabe by accident, so I respond to everything. I am a senior in Marquette’s Opus College of Engineering studying biomedical engineering, focusing in biomechanics. I am not just a nerd, though. I love running, music, movies, cupcakes, cooking and the Tin Can. But let’s keep this short. Here are the top 10 facts you need to know about me.
I am from Queretaro, Queretaro, Mexico. My parents decided to move to the United States on July 3, 1999, looking for a better life and the American dream. Sixteen years later, all of our hard work paid off!
Family and friends are the most important aspect of my life.
Viva MEXICO y la Tin Can.
Vermicomposting and sautéing are my goals (worms rock!).
I ran an unofficial half marathon with President Michael Lovell (you can’t say no to the president).
Marquette University was the best decision I have every made. Milwaukee has become my home away from home.
