Q: How do I get a project started?
A: Contact our marketing project planner, Sara Szyjka. You'll also need to fill out a creative brief.

Q: What kind of writers do you have?
A: We have professional marketing, magazine, Web and multimedia writers.

Q: What editorial services do you offer?
A: We offer writing services for ads, articles, brochures, Web sites and multimedia projects, as well as editing and proofreading services. We can also make creative suggestions based on your budget and audience.

Q: What do you charge?
A: There is no cost for editorial services to university departments.

Q: I need copy, yesterday. Can you help?
A: We do evaluate and take projects on a priority basis depending on the university's marketing and communication needs at any given time.

Q: I have an idea but can't or don't have the time to write it. Can you help?
A: Yes. From the ground up, we can work with you to create a message that clearly expresses your ideas.

Q: Why is there a “university style?"
A: University style is the set of standards we use to create consistent messaging and forms. We use it precisely for that reason: consistency.
