Marquette community celebrates the opening of Engineering Hall
More than 750 alumni, faculty and students helped celebrate the opening of Marquette University's new $50 million Engineering Hall. The new hall is part of a larger plan for a 250,000-square-foot facility, with another $50 million second-phase addition already designed and fundraising under way.

Marquette to keep ban as concealed carry law takes effect
Marquette will maintain a weapons ban on campus to the extent allowable under Wisconsin's new concealed carry law. People will be allowed to carry in outdoor areas of campus, in student apartments, buildings leased from the university or in university lots or structures unless posted otherwise.
