The visit comes just before the kick-off of a very big year for Marquette. This fall the university celebrates both its 125th anniversary and Wild’s 10th year as president.
In his tenure at Marquette, Father Wild has dedicated himself to building on Marquette's core strengths: an academically rigorous, values-centered curriculum; solid, practical preparation for work in a world of increasing complexity and diversity; formation for life of students as ethical and informed leaders in their religious, cultural, professional and civic communities; and graduating women and men who will dedicate their lives to the service of others.
The reception is sponsored by River Valley State Bank and hosted by: Lee and Faye Calvey, Robert A. Greenheck, John and Katie Hogan, David and Diane Klimisch, Court and Pat Larkin, Mark and Ann Lavin, Louis and Jean Maier, Bob and Mary Monday, Todd and Camille Nicklaus, John and Pam Peters, Ted and Judy Russell, John and Janet Smith, Richard Wenzel, Gordy and Kathy Westphal and Bob and Judy Zimmerman.
The Minocqua Country Club is located at 9299 Country Club Rd. Those interested in attending are asked to pre-register by Tuesday, August 1, by calling (414)288-7431. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the country club.
