Marquette Hosts Jesuit University Conference
“Heartland Delta IV” to take place on campus May 24 -27

Leaders from thirteen Jesuit universities from the midwest and
southern regions of the United States will gather at Marquette
University May 24 -27 for Heartland Delta IV, a conference to
discuss the changing face of Jesuit education, and the ways in
which the schools can learn from and partner with each other in
pursuit of shared goals and ideals.
Members of the media are invited to attend any event listed on
the attached schedule. Key events include:
- Opening Event
Monday, May 24 – 7:30 p.m. – Westowne Square (west lawn of the
Alumni Memorial Union)
- “A Moment of Grace: A New Companionship for the Ignatian
Spirit” Speaker: Dr. John DeGioia – President, Georgetown
University
Tuesday, May 25 – 8:30 a.m. – AMU, Monaghan Ballroom
- Sports Lunch
Includes speech by Terri Mitchell, women's basketball head coach
