Award-Winning Musical Blood Brothers to be performed at Marquette

MILWAUKEE – Marquette University’s Department of Performing Arts presents The London West End hit and Tony Award-winning musical by Willy Russell, Blood Brothers, at the Evan P. and Marion Helfaer Theatre, located at Clybourn and 13th Street.
Twins are secretly separated at birth because their mother could not afford to keep them both. One reared in wealth, one reared in poverty, they grow up as friends who become estranged and learn too late of their true bond. The play will run:
Thurs.-Sat., Mar. 30-Apr. 1, 7:30 p.m.
Sun., Apr. 2, 2:30 p.m.
Wed.- Sat., Apr. 5-8, 7:30 p.m.
Sun., Apr. 9, 2:30 p.m.
Ticket prices are $20 for the general public and $15 for senior citizens. Student tickets are $10 for all performances. There is a special $5 performance on Wednesday, Apr. 5. For tickets, contact the box office at (414) 288-7504.
