  <span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Obama and Romney tied<br></span><br>Please note: <span style="font-style: italic;">Complete poll results and methodology information can be found online at </span><a href="http://law.marquette.edu/poll/" target="_self">law.marquette.edu/poll</a><span style="font-style: italic;">. </span><br><br>A new Marquette Law School Poll shows that with three weeks to go until the recall election Governor Scott Walker has taken a six-percentage point lead over Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, 50-44 percent, among likely voters. Just three percent say they are undecided. In the previous poll, taken April 26-29, Walker held a one-percentage point lead among likely voters, 48-47. Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch holds a 47 to 41-percentage point lead over Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin president Mahlon Mitchell in that recall election, with 10 percent undecided.<span style="font-weight: bold;"></span><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"><br></span>]]></description>

Franklin and Gousha will discuss the latest numbers and take questions from the media. The event will begin at 12:15 p.m. CDT at Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. <description><![CDATA[<P>MILWAUKEE – Charles (Chuck) M. Swoboda, Eng &rsquo;89, has been elected chair of the Marquette University Board of Trustees, the university announced today. Swoboda, who is chairman and chief executive officer of <A href="http://www.cree.com/" target=_self>Cree, Inc</A>. (NASDAQ: CREE), joined Marquette University&rsquo;s Board of Trustees in 2004 and served as vice chair from 2011 to 2012. Swoboda will replace Darren R. Jackson, Bus Ad &rsquo;86, who served his full term as chair of the Board from 2009 to 2012. Jackson will remain on the university&rsquo;s Board of Trustees. </P>]]></description>

</span>MILWAUKEE – The <a href="http://business.marquette.edu/centers-and-programs/center-for-supply-chain-management" target="_self">Center for Supply Chain Management</a> in Marquette University&rsquo;s College of Business Administration and the <a href="http://www.ahrmm.org/" target="_self">Association for Healthcare Resource &amp; Materials Management</a>,
 in collaboration with Jamie C. Kowalski Consulting, LLC, are conducting
 a 2012 National Healthcare Executive Survey on Supply Chain Management.
 The survey is intended to gauge hospital executives&rsquo; perceptions of the
 importance of supply chain management within their organizations, 
particularly related to economic conditions and changes in health care, 
as well as developing issues and trends in the field.
