Matt Parlow is a law professor and expert in local government law, land use and other redevelopment issues. He is spearheading Marquette Law School’s new curriculum in water law. Parlow explains the role of educational institutions in training the next generation of water experts as the Milwaukee region works to become the next global freshwater hub. Parlow describes the growing need for attorneys trained in the complex legal and policy issues that will result from the world’s looming water crisis.
