Marquette Racing is currently an organization with approximately 12 dedicated engineering and non-engineering students who have a passion for automotive design, engineering, and production. With diverse backgrounds in automotive knowledge and machining skills, every member contributes a unique talent to the organization. Due to the small size of our team, Marquette Racing is always looking for Marquette students, no matter the major or grade, who are interested in joining the team. If you are interested, come to any of our weekly meetings: Mondays in the Engineering Building Pit, 8:00pm, year round. Or contact any of our team members.
Marquette Racing is also always looking for motivated individuals or companies who would like to help in furthering the learning experience which defines Marquette Racing. Sponsoring Marquette Racing not only allows the team members to participate in the annual competition, but it also teaches them teamwork, real life engineering and business experience, along with product production knowledge. All of these together form a more well rounded engineering student than a classroom could ever envision. Donations of knowledge, products and financial contributions are all welcome.
