KPMG Bag Lunch Event

Help make bag lunches for area relief shelters alongside KPMG representatives. Our goal is to make 1,000 bag lunches.

Ernst & Young Multichapter Service Event - April 18

Join E&Y professionals and Beta students from other chapters for a day of park cleaning, networking, and fun.

Etiquette Diner - Thursday March 19 6pm

Enjoy a great meal while learning proper dining etiquette. Many recruiting firms will be present.

Golf Outing

Plan to spend the day on the golf course with firm reps and accounting faculty. Members must be in good standing to participate and pledges must meet semester hour requirements.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

Earn service hours and help area residents tackle their tax returns. This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable skill while helping the community.

Weekly Tutoring – Tuesdays (and Thursday the week of a ACCO 30/31 exam)  8pm-10pm

Come tutor (or be tutored) every week in DS 569.  Ask questions or simply go over problems with someone else.  We are here to help you.  If you are interested in tutoring, show up any night that works for you.  Sign in before you leave, and it will count as service hours.

Proctoring – Fridays of ACCO 30/31 exams  3pm-5:45pm

Sign up the week of an exam at the Beta Alpha Psi meeting.  It involves monitoring the test room and collecting/organizing the tests as they get turned in.  Counts as service hours.

Regional Meeting – February 27-28

Watch for more information on this in email and at meetings.  This is a great opportunity to spend a weekend learning and networking with other members from Beta Alpha Psi in the Midwest region.  Attend sessions, participate in presentations, and network with professionals and peers.  Counts as professional hours.
