This campus-wide award is given to one council member for his or her exceptional work and continuous dedication to the halls or apartments — whether it is a floor/wing or apartment representative or executive board member.
Nominations can only come from the hall director and student advisers, and there can be only one nomination from each council. Nominations are kept secret, and NRHH selects a winner, which is announced at the Residence Life Leadership Awards ceremony.

Hall and Apartment Councils, NRHH members, and Residence Life staff submit nominations, which are voted on by active NRHH members. The winner is announced at the Residence Life Leadership Awards ceremony.
