
This is a program that is open to a wide range of students living in the residence halls and university apartments. It should have successfully incorporated participation from a diverse population (hall/apartment council members, RHA members, residents, etc.) as well as utilized university resources This program must meet the needs of residents and evolved throughout time and developed in new ways.
This award can be given to either an executive board member of RHA or an RHA representative who has demonstrated consistent RHA support throughout the year. This person is chosen because they have shown excitement about Council and RHA programs, events, etc. as well as worked towards the encouragement and excitement of the RHA group in general. This person must positively portray RHA, RHA events, and is always working towards the betterment of RHA.
This award is given to a person who has gone above and beyond in the duties required of an RHA representative. They must have stepped up into multiple extensive leadership roles (ex. Chairing a committee, a large program, etc) and have facilitated leadership in a variety of ways both in and out of RHA meetings. This winner positively portrays RHA, RHA events, and is always working towards the betterment of RHA.
