Student: All students who don't fit in other groups. This includes residents, wing/floor reps, facilities managers/apartment managers, assistant hall directors, and off-campus undergraduate students. If a student is in his or her first year, you can also submit them as first-year student.
Resident assistant: RAs should be nominated in this category.
Executive board member: All RHA, NRHH and hall/apartment council executive board members and RHA representatives.
Spotlight: This category applies to all non-students and can include a hall director, custodial worker or Sodexho employee.
Community: If there's more than one person, it's a community. Floors and wings fall into this category. Be careful because some groups qualify for the organization OTMs instead.
Organization: Formal organizations in the residence hall system are eligible to receive this OTM. Individual councils can be nominated here.
Adviser: This category is only for RHAs or NRHH advisers. Council advisers should be nominated as spotlight, student or RA.
NRHH chapter: Our chapter is eligible to win the OTM.
