WAICU MEMBERS/Non-MARQUETTE INSTITUTIONS:
To register for the WAICU conference, you will need to download the registration form and fill it out, making sure to complete all columns. You can also use the form that was emailed with the conference invitation. At the top of the spreadsheet, please enter the contact and payment information. The registration fee is $180 for 4 attendees and $40 for each additional registration. No partial registration fee is available. Once you have the spreadsheet completed, please send it to Christine Smith via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 608-256-7065. Registrations and payments are due by April 16, 2014.
If your institution will be paying for your registration, please submit your registration form without waiting for the business office to process the payment. Purchase orders may be faxed to Chris Smith at 608-256-7065 (specify “WAICU Student Diversity Conference” and the names of the registrants). The registration fee covers all programs, materials, and meals. Again, the registration deadline is April 16, 2014.
The WAICU conference is FREE for Marquette students. Registrations are due by April 16, 2014.
Refunds will not be granted.
MEALS AND CONFERENCE MATERIALS:
Registration for the conference entitles you to conference materials, refreshments during the Welcome Reception and late night social activities on Friday, May 2, 2014, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, May 3. Please indicate any food restrictions on the registration form.
