New Member Workshop

Call for Programs

All undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and staff are invited to submit a proposal to present a breakout session during the 2012 Exploring Greek Leadership Opportunities New Member Workshop and Social on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Exploring Greek Leadership Opportunities, sponsored by the Office of Student Development, is open to new members of all fraternities and sororities at Marquette University, including Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 new members.

The one-day workshop aims to provide new members of the Greek Community information about governing councils, leadership opportunities, important policy information, and an opportunity to get to know other Greek members.

Each breakout session will be 55 minutes in length and should incorporate the workshop theme, “Exploring Greek Leadership Opportunities”, the above-mentioned goals, and/or aspects of the Mission of the Greek Community.

Proposals must be submitted by noon on Friday, February 17, 2012.

Presenters will be notified by Friday, February 17 if the proposal has been accepted.

By submitting a proposal, you are indicating that you are available from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2012. You will be assigned to one or more breakout sessions.
