Student Leadership awards

For the past 40 years, the Division of Student Affairs has presented leadership awards to recognize student contributions to the mission and activities of the various student affairs areas. Students are nominated by staff from the division and throughout the university and are selected by a committee representing each of the student affairs departments and Campus Ministry.  Awards are presented at a program held each year in April.

2009 DSA Awards Nominations Process

Nominations are currently being solicited from administrators and faculty for the 2009 Division of Student Affairs Outstanding Student Leadership Awards. All nomination materials must be submitted no later than Friday, February 27, 2009.

Modifiable forms in Microsoft Word format are available below. Please limit the length of your nomination to the form itself. Do not attach additional information or pages. You can enter information and print the form or save your changes and email the file to Jon Dooley.
