Student Conduct Procedures

Marquette University is committed to respecting the rights of all who are associated with it and to encourage each member of the Marquette community to be responsible as a citizen. However, a student or a recognized student group may be subject to disciplinary action, if it is established that the individual or the group was involved in acts or deeds that (1) prohibit the exercise of, interfere with or in any way restrict the rights and privileges of others; (2) violate university policy; (3) create a danger or threat of danger to other persons within the university community or interfere with the normal functions and operations of the university; and/or (4) violate existing federal, state, county and municipal laws or ordinances.

The specific student conduct procedures can be found on the conduct website. Students seeking additional information should contact the Office of the Dean of Students at (414) 288-1412.
