Texts in Alternate Format

If you need texts in alternate formats, there is a form you need to complete.  This form is the Texts in Alternate Format Contract .  When you've registered for your classes, you can check your student account for the book lists for these classes.  Bring your book list and contract it to Disability Services.  We'll use this list to locate texts for you from various lending sites, such as Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic.  The Texts in Alternative Format Contract, is simply an agreement that you sign indicating your understanding of the process and your recognition of your responsibilities as a recipient of texts in alternate format.  The Coordinator will review this process with you when you meet to discuss your accommodations.  More detailed information is contained in the Texts in Alternate Format Policy.
