FOR STUDENTS

  1. Where do I go if I need tutoring?  Click on tutorial program to find information on the free tutorial services provided by Student Educational Services.
  2. What if I need help with my study skills or test taking strategies?  Go to study tips to learn about academic support for students, such as study skills, time management, and test-taking assistance.
  3. Is there assistive technology available on campus? Technology Resources describes what's available on campus along with lnks to free downloadable software and other vendors that offer products to help students access class material.
  4. What other services are available to me?  The campus resources page lists a number of campus offices that provide assistance to students.  Click on Campus Resources for more information.

FOR FACULTY

  1. I have a student with a learning disability in my class.  What do I need to do?  Faculty can click on Teaching Resources for information on how they can work effectively with students with disabilities in their classes. 
  2. How can I learn more about students with disabilities in higher education?  Go to the For Faculty section for a variety of resources on this topic.
  3. Each section contains a collection of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) faculty have regarding students with disabilities.  

FOR UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES

  1. I'm hosting an event on campus.  How can I ensure that it's accessible and welcoming for people with disabilities?  On campus, you can contact Heidi Vering, the Coordinator of Disability Services for assistance via email, by phone at (414) 288-1645, or stop in AMU 317.  For information selected organizations providing disability information or resources to postsecondary educators, click on Organization and Information Resources.

FOR PARENTS

  1. I'm sending my son/daughter to Marquette.  What do I need to know about accommodations?  Click on Resources for Parents for information on what parents need to know as their sons and daughters transition to the postsecondary experience.
