Motorist assistance program
The Department of Public Safety operates a 24-hour motorist assistance program. This program includes services for stalled vehicles, lock-outs or keys locked in car and jump starts. Free compressed air is available at a station located in the basement of Parking Structure 1. Call (414) 288-6800 for assistance.
Commuter bicycle center
A commuter bicycle center that houses lockers, monitored bicycle racks and soda machines is centrally located inside of the southeast door of the 16th Street Parking Structure, 749 N. 16th St. No registration of your bicycle is necessary, although we ask that you use a high-security bicycle lock to secure your bicycle.Bicycle/auto locks
Bicycle and auto locks may be purchased from the Parking Office.
Bicycle I.D. registration program
Come to the Parking Office and fill out the registration form, and you will receive a bicycle permit. This allows you unlimited access to the secure bicycle corral located in the basement of the 16th Street Parking Structure or on the first level of the Wells Street Parking Structure.
