Schedule of PFF Workshops

Enroll in the PFF program and you will learn to…

  • build your teaching portfolio
  • organize your CV
  • develop a teaching philosophy
  • plan a class

The Preparing Future Faculty (PFF) program helps graduate students who are interested in academic careers construct their teaching portfolios.  A teaching portfolio contains evidence of your teaching experience and professional development as a professor.  You are expected to have a teaching portfolio when you apply for academic positions. 

 

  • design a syllabus
  • assess student learning
  • use technology in your teaching
  • find grants and other sources of funding
