Funding Information Center Orientation

Fall 2006

The Funding Information Center offers an orientation workshop introducing participants to how to identify prospective funding sources, and to seek information on grant making institutions.  For Preparing Future Faculty Participants, the Funding Information Center Orientation Workshop applies toward Requirement 7 (Obtaining External Funding).

Orientations are held in the Funding Information Center on the 1st floor of the Raynor Library, from 10-11:30 a.m., on the following dates:   
 

  • Thursday, Feb 22
  • Thursday March 15
  • Thursday, March 29
  • Tuesday, April 10
  • Thursday, April 26
  • Thursday, May 17

 

You must register to attend a session. Please call (414) 288-1515 to register.  Please bring a photo ID.

About the Funding Information Center

The Funding Information Center has been the primary source of factual information on private foundations and philanthropy in the United States. The Foundation Center, along with its cooperating collections, is designed to provide current information for the fund-seeking public and those doing research on private foundations, philanthropy, nonprofit organization and management, volunteerism, fundraising, grantmaking, and letter and proposal writing.
