The workshops listed on the calendar meet requirements associated with PFFP concentrations, and are intended to help students complete the deliverables associated with PFFP requirements.  These workshops are generously offered by the Center for Teaching & Learning, Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP), Career Services, the Writing Center, the Career Service Center, the GROW program, and other programs and departments on campus. If you plan to attend a workshop, please register (if applicable).  If you are unable to attend the workshop, please notify the department, program or facilitator (as appropriate) as soon as possible.  Most workshops are offered based on number of participants.  It is considerate to communicate about your attendance.

Sponsored by the Graduate School, the PFFP program provides development opportunities for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and alumni. The aim of the program is to help prepare participants for a successful career in higher education and professional positions, with emphasis on developing skills to teach effectively and preparation to navigate the initial stages of an academic job search.
