The physics major consists of a common core: PHYS 013 and
014 (or 001, 002 or 003, 004) [introductory physics]; 104 and
105 [modern physics]; 111 [classical mechanics]; 131 [electricity
and magnetism]; 155 [electronics lab] plus 8 additional hours
in upper division physics courses.
