Jessica Houston

I am a third year graduate student in the clinical psychology doctoral program. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with my Bachelors of Science in psychology. Currently, I am a teaching assistant for the graduate courses, Clinical Assessment I and II. I received my Masters degree in June 2012, titled Effects of Violence on Youths’ Perceptions of Peer and Sibling Aggression. When I graduate (May, 2016), I hope to do clinical and research work in an academic medical center with children and adolescents with behavioral problems. I would also like to continue teaching if those opportunities arise. Outside of school, I enjoy being active by running, playing volleyball, biking, rollerblading, and skiing. I also love to travel and visit friends in different parts of the country.
