Marquette Crew was founded in 1990 by Liz Shanahan and Beth Ohman. Since then, we have partnered with the Milwaukee Rowing Club who graciously helped the club by sharing boats, oars and rowing equipment. The club races throughout the Midwest and takes annual trips to participate in the Head of the Charles in Boston and the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia. MU Crew has established itself as a serious competitor in collegiate rowing, competing against other teams as well as varsity programs.
