Graduates must pick up their diploma in person at the Office of the Registrar or have the diploma mailed to them.  In person pick up for August 2009 graduates begins Tuesday, August 25, 2009.  Graduates who have earned a degree awarded jointly with the Medical College of Wisconsin must arrange to have their diploma mailed to them.  The Medical College of Wisconsin diplomas will be mailed once they have been signed by the Board of Trustees of the Medical College of Wisconsin.  We have no timeline for this signature; however, the diploma will be mailed to you as soon as possible.   

To have your diploma mailed, you must submit the Request for Delivery of Diploma/Certificate by Mail to the Office of the Registrar.
