Available Room Characteristics Room characteristics will not roll from term to term.  Enter or select the room characteristics required for all classes / sections.  Requested room characteristics are not guaranteed. Smart Level 5 classroom availability is limited; therefore, you are more likely to get a Smart Level 4 classroom.  NOTE:  a Smart Level 4 classroom and the scanning of your course materials makes it comparable to a Smart Level 5 classroom. Please note: Only one layout (i.e. room characteristics that start with "L," such as "L - Conference Room") should be entered.  Classrooms do not have more than one layout, and thus requests for multiple layouts will be considered data entry errors and cannot be satisfied.
