Check for Holds Before Ordering Your Transcripts! Your transcript request will not be processed if you have a transcript hold at the time you submit the request. The Office of the Registrar is not responsible for delays arising from transcript holds. Current Students Current students can check for transcript holds in CheckMarq: Access Student Self-Service via CheckMarq Click the "Check Holds restricting your registration, transcript requests, or financial aid" link. There are several types of transcript holds that may delay your request: Registrar holds: Information on clearing these holds may be obtained by clicking on the hold name.   Bursar holds: Information on these holds may be obtained by clicking on the hold name.  You must contact the Office of the Bursar to clear these holds. Loan Accounts holds: Information on these holds may be obtained by clicking on the hold name.  You must contact Student Loan Accounts to remove these holds. After you have verified that you have no outstanding transcript holds, you can submit a transcript request to the Office of the Registrar. Requesting transcripts online Requesting transcripts by mail Requesting transcripts in person   Alumni or Former Students Most holds on alumni transcripts are placed by the Office of Student Loan Accounts and Collections.  If you are an alumni and think you might have a transcript hold, you may contact Student Loan Accounts.
