State Veterans Benefits — How to Apply If you are eligible for Wisconsin full-time or part-time grants, you can obtain the application form from your County Veterans Service Office and return the form to Marquette's VA Certifying Official at the Office of the Registrar. You also can complete the form online from the WVDA Grant Application Web Site. If you apply online, please inform Marquette's VA Certifying Official at (414) 288-7034 that you applied online. Since the full-time and part-time grants are awarded upon completion of courses taken, we recommend you obtain the form or apply online no earlier than the last two weeks of the session in which you are enrolled. Note the "No Later Date" for submission of the form after the completion of the course/courses taken. Wisconsin National Guard 100% Tuition Grant If you are a member of the Wisconsin National Guard and are eligible for the Tuition Grant, complete the DMA 189: Wisconsin National Guard Tuition Grant Application (PDF) and submit it to the School Certifying Official located in the Office of Registrar.
