Procedure to Purchase Radioisotopes

Once you are an Authorized User, you may purchase radioisotopes by following these steps:

• Download and complete the Registration for Purchase of Radioactive Material Form (Word)
  
  
• Enter the order in the Marquette Financial System (MFS).
  
  
• Record the MFS purchase order number on the Registration Form.
  
  

• Fax or mail the Registration Form to the Office of Research Compliance for approval.  The ORC will check to make sure the User is within their authorized limits. The ORC will fax the form to Purchasing and Biology to have the MFS order processed.

• Please note that radioisotopes MAY NOT be purchased with a P-Card
