Procedure to Transfer Radioisotopes

Authorized Users can transfer radioisotopes to another Authorized User by following these steps:

• Follow the Transfer Procedures (PDF)
  
  
• If you are the Authorized User receiving the transfer, download and complete the Registration for Purchase of Radioactive Material Form (Word)
  
  
• If you are the Authorized User transferring the radioactive material, download and complete the Radioactive Disposal Report (Word)
  
  
• Fax or mail the completed forms to the ORC
