GENERAL CATEGORIES
Student: All students who don't fit in other groups. This includes: Residents, Wing/Floor Reps, FMs/AMs, AHDs, and off-campus undergraduate students. If the student is in their first year, you can also submit them as First Year Student (FYE).
Resident Assistant: RAs should be nominated in this category.
Executive Board Member: All RHA, NRHH, and Hall/Apartment Council Executive Board members. This includes RHA Representatives, too.
Spotlight: This category applies to all non-students. This might be a Hall Director, Custodial Worker, or Sodexho employee.
Community: If there's more than one person, it's a community. Floors and wings fall into this category. Be careful, as some groups qualify for the Organization OTM instead.
Organization: Formal organizations in the residence hall system are eligible to receive this OTM. Individual councils can be nominated here.
Advisor: This category is only for the RHA or NRHH Advisor. Council Advisors should be nominated as Spotlight, Student, or RA.
NRHH Chapter: Our chapter is eligible to win the OTM.
