Captain Patrick C. O’Halloran is presently assigned as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and the Commandant of Cadets (COC) at Air Force ROTC Detachment 930 at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI . He teaches the sophomore level course The Evolution of USAF Air and Space Power and a freshmen level course; Introduction to the USAF.

Captain O'Halloran enlisted in the Air Force as an Airman Basic in March of 1986. He progressed through avionics systems maintenance positions, serving nine years as a non-commissioned (NCO) officer before commissioning through officer training school (OTS) in August of 1999. Commissioned and trained as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Capt O'Halloran converted to Munitions Maintenance and served most recently alongside Belgian Air Force peers at Kleine-Brogel Air Base, Belgium.
