
The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) is designed to test an individual's muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. The APFT consistes of 2 minutes of push-ups, two minutes of sit-ups, and a timed 2 mile run. Cadets take the APFT three times each semester and must maintain a score of at least 60% in each event in accordance with FM 21-20.
