Dear students:

On behalf of the Marquette Community and the Division of Student Affairs, welcome back to campus. We hope your break was restful and replenishing. We are very excited about the winter/spring semester.

The Centennial Celebration of Women continues. Members of the Little Rock Nine will receive the Pére Marquette Award on Tues., Feb. 9. RHA and MUSG elections are also held in spring semester, Recreational Sports has a full line-up of intramural sports planned, and the Center for Health Education and Promotion has many opportunities ranging from peer health education to the Student Health Advisory Board. In addition, we are gearing up for the Women's Leadership Conference on Saturday, April 10 and Hunger Clean-Up 2010 on Saturday, April 17.

In order to help you navigate the many opportunities at Marquette, we have launched a new website: Information will be updated regularly throughout the semester. We hope you will find this a valuable resource.

Again, welcome back to campus. Take advantage of the wonderful community that is Marquette.

Alcohol Initiatives

Alcohol initiatives

Each student arrives to campus with different experiences with alcohol. Whether you have experience with alcohol or not, or whether you plan to incorporate alcohol into your college experience or not, the Alcohol Initiatives program strives to give you the information you need to make the right decision for you.
