Marquette’s South Africa Service Learning Program is based in cosmopolitan Cape Town, at the southern tip of the African continent.

You can experience firsthand the unique musical traditions, artistic expressions, powerful literary and political voices, traditional foods, diverse architecture and spectacular flora and fauna this part of the world has to offer.

You might also spend time on Robben Island where Nelson Mandela and other political prisoners were incarcerated, visit historic District 6, climb Table Mountain and experience the wildlife of Kruger National Park.
