Service Learning Program is open to undergraduate students currently seeking a degree at a U.S. institution from any discipline. Preference will be given to students of junior standing and beyond. Students must be
in good
academic and disciplinary standing with a minimum 2.75 grade point
average.
Application Deadlines
Spring Semester Study: October 1st
Fall Semester Study: March 1st
All applications will be reviewed after the deadline has passed with the exception of applications for Spring 2009, which will be reviewed on a rolling basis until Oct. 1.
These deadlines will be effective beginning in the 2008-2009 academic year. Students who have already applied for Spring 2009 study under the old deadlines will be given first priority.

Three references, a transcript of grades and a 200-word statement of purpose for applying to the program are are required along with the program application. Applicants will be invited for an in-person or phone interview, the last stage of the application process.
