Mid-Semester Feedback

At mid-semester the agency will be asked to complete a short feedback form on your progress at that point in the semester. These feedbacks will be sent to our office and then distributed to your professor(s). We encourage you and your site supervisor to arrange for a few minutes to review these feedbacks together so that you both get the most out of your service experience. You will not have to pick them up, deliver them, or fill anything out. The feedbacks are a simple way of verifying that Service Learners are attending their sites, being punctual, and behaving appropriately. They are generally not used for specific grading purposes, however this varies by professor.
