Travel Health Evaluation

Students planning travel to a foreign country are advised to consult with a knowledgeable health care provider before leaving.

The Travel Clinic can help. We will:

•  address your general health needs

•  focus on your specific health needs

•  provide pre-travel preventive recommendations

•  provide any needed immunizations

•  provide or prescribe appropriate medications

Anyone planning international travel should consult with a travel health provider well in advance of their departure. One reason is vaccines, which must be administered a month or more in advance before they can be expected to be effective.

Groups traveling on behalf of Marquette-sponsored programs can request group presentations for preventive health advice that pertain to those destinations.  Individuals should also make appointments to discuss their personal health travel needs.  Call (414) 288-7184.
