You will be contacted by the University about a group meeting with Dr. Factor during the week of April 20. A broadband internet connection (cable modem/DSL) is strongly recommended. The course management tool - D2L - will run on Windows 2000, XP or Vista operating systems, as well as Macintosh computers running OS X. Software requirements include Microsoft Office, and the usual suite of plugins such as Quicktime, Acrobat reader, Java, and Flash Player. The recommended web browser is IE 7 for Windows and Firefox 2 for Macintosh. IE 6 and Firefox 2 for Windows; and Safari 1.3, Safari 2, and Firefox 2 for Macintosh are also supported. Safari 3 for Macintosh is not supported at this time.
