Service SUBCommittee

This committee will develop and implement opportunities for staff to serve the larger community as part of Marquette’s commitment to be “women and men for others.”

Holiday Giving Tree

It is time to order our names for the Holiday Giving Tree. MU has been part of this program for over 25 years. There are many less fortunate than we are and this is one way we can help. Please fill out the form and return to Kathy Hawkins, Lalumiere 340 (Kathleen.hawkins@mu.edu) or fax to 288-6444.

Project Night Night

Project Night Night packages are provided free of charge to homeless children in shelters from birth to pre-teen who need childhood essentials to feel secure, cozy, ready to learn, and significant. Each Night Night Package contains a new security blanket, an age appropriate children’s book and a stuffed animal – all nestled inside of a new canvas tote bag.

Hats, gloves, mittens and scarves are needed

Winter apparel is collected throughout the year to provide warmth to children and adults in various area schools, shelters, and community outreach programs.
