Athletic Department Camps
Marquette athletics offers summer programs in basketball, soccer and volleyball.
Engineering Summer Academies
Students can participate in a variety of programs. Learn the fundamentals of designing, building, and programming LEGO Mindstorm robots. Study the basic principles of physics and chemistry using toys. Explore the "world of plastics". Learn the basic principles of engineering design through hands-on activities. There's something for everyone! All academies held at the College of Engineering on the Marquette University campus.
NurseCamp
NurseCamp 2008, June 20-21, 2008, is a weekend experience created for high school and middle school students who are seriously considering a career in nursing. It provides an opportunity for students to experience dormitory life, gain information about nursing and the many roles of the nurse, and perform basic nursing skills in a laboratory setting. NurseCamp 2008 is open to middle school and high school students, grades 8 - 12. Meals and transportation to and from clinical sites will be provided. Summer Debate Institute
The Marquette University Debate Institute provides students with the best opportunity for both topic research and skill advancement in the state of Wisconsin. Indeed, the wide array of national attendees over the past few years speaks volumes about the ongoing success of the institute. Through proven theory and skill development techniques, MUDI alumni have achieved outstanding success nationwide.
Urban Journalism Workshop
The Urban Journalism Workshop at Marquette University is an intense two-week program focusing on multimedia news gathering. Students utilize backpacks of digital equipment – iPods, digital cameras, camcordors, smart phones, Macbooks - to create an online publication.
Youth Options
The Youth Options program is for current Wisconsin public high school students seeking dual enrollment at Marquette University. Contact your guidance counselor for requirements outlined by your school district before using this application.
