PSEO/Youth Options

Student on campus

Am I a PSEO/Youth Options applicant? A PSEO/Youth Options student seeks coursework not available in their high school. Students earn college credit from Marquette University while enrolled in high school. As PSEO/Youth Options students are sponsored by the State of Wisconsin, only students attending a public high school may pursue coursework through this program. Students attending private high schools can earn credit while in high school by enrolling as a non-degree applicant.

What’s next:

Your guidance counselor certifies your application for PSEO and submits it to Marquette with your high school transcript. Within two weeks, a decision letter and instructions for advising and scheduling will be mailed to students admitted through the program.
