Join a student or community organization

Student groups at Marquette have been actively working to make our campus, community and city a better place for years. Many of these groups focus on social justice and community outreach.

There are also many organizations in Milwaukee that would be glad for you to lend a hand. Visit the websites below to find out how you can get involved, become a memeber, or volunteer.

Check out Milwaukee's Urban Ecology Center, where children learn about science, nature and how to live sustainably. The center offers volunteer and internship opportunities. http://www.urbanecologycenter.org/

 

The Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin seeks to make the state a better place to bicycle through advocacy, education and coordination. Volunteer or become a member. http://www.bfw.org/
