Marquette's Banking Relationships

The university currently has eight banking relationships. Our banking structure has US Bank as our concentration bank, with other banks serving a specialty purpose. Those banks include M&I Bank, Chase (formerly Bank One), Associated Bank, Park Bank, Legacy Bank and North Milwaukee State Bank.

Responsibility within the university for banking relationships falls to three departments and are detailed as follows:

  • Treasury Services
    General Relationships: Responsible for coordination and cooperation of general relationships between Marquette University and bank personnel.

    Wires: Treasury Services handles all transfer of funds using the wire method. For more information on wire transfers, click here.

    ACH (Automated Clearing House): ACH payments are made from this office to beneficiaries of trust accounts held by Marquette University. For questions regarding an ACH transfer, please call Treasury Services at (414) 288-7479.

  • Alumni Memorial Union (AMU)

    Branch Bank & ATMs: Marquette University has a branch bank located in the Alumni Memorial Union as well as several Automated Teller Machines (ATM) scattered throughout the campus. For information on these services, please contact the administrative offices of the AMU at (414) 288-3265.

  • Office of the Bursar

    Deposits: Deposits of funds to any university account is handled by the Office of the Bursar. For more information, call (414) 288-7157.
